Instructor

Franky holds degrees in Philosophy (B.A. Barnard College at Columbia University), Teaching (PGCE, UCL Institute of Education) and Psychology (M.Sc. University of Greenwich). In 2019-2023, she was the Religious Studies subject lead in a North London secondary school, where she developed curriculum and mentored trainee teachers alongside her regular teaching duties. Since 2024, she has been an examiner for the AQA exam board, specialising in GCSE Religious Studies (Christianity and Islam). She also worked as a Creative Writing TA at the Centre for Talented Youth (2016-2018) and a Writing Tutor at her college writing centre (2015-2017). Franky also engages in academic research, previously in Philosophy as a Mellon Mays Fellowship recipient (2016-2018); and more recently in Education, Psychology and Policy.
