Instructor
Jami brings over five years of experience as a debate instructor, working with students across Asia (Bangladesh, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea), the Middle East (UAE), and North Africa (Morocco). He has coached the national debate teams of the UAE and Morocco, and assisted national team selections of Brazil and Vietnam. He served on the Chief Adjudicators Panel at the World Schools Debate Championship 2024 (Serbia), the annual highest-level competition of global school debating. Currently, Jami serves on the Board of Directors of the World Schools Debate Championship Limited, registered under UK company house. Jami has been on the Chief Adjudicator Panel for 37+ competitions, and judged outrounds in 75+ competitions around the world.
Jami holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Global Studies and Governance from Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB). He is also a published researcher in the fields of global environment and public health. Jami is now pursuing teaching in contributing to crafting a better future world, and joined Capstone HK as a debate instructor.
