Holland earned her B.A. in Psychology at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. During her studies, she was inducted into Psi Chi, the International Honor Society of Psychology, and double-minored in leadership and environmental sustainability. She volunteered at the local library and at her university, tutoring students with learning differences in writing, reading, and English grammar. After graduation, she moved to China, where she taught English, French, and Physical Education across primary and secondary levels. Her teaching is grounded in a student-centered philosophy, emphasizing growth and helping learners discover their voice and passion. At Capstone, Holland is committed to guiding students toward achieving their goals.
